Responsibilities
Define brand positioning, core messaging and brand personality;
Develop the strategic marketing plan and translate it into campaigns, a calendar and priorities;
Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring clarity, autonomy and consistent delivery standards;
Approve campaigns, materials, launches and creative proposals, ensuring brand consistency;
Integrate branding, digital, trade and communications into a single, consistent and continuous vision;
Run 360° campaigns, connecting digital presence, brand experience, trade and performance;
Work closely with the Sales team to align strategy, channels and conversion rhythm;
Monitor and analyze key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, CAC, ROI, campaign and digital performance) to inform decisions;
Manage budget, vendors and priorities, directing investments to the highest-impact initiatives;
Track market movements, competitors and trends to anticipate and adjust course;
Be accountable for the brand’s coherence, performance and evolution in both the short and long term.
Requirements
Experience leading a full Marketing area or function
Experience with 360° campaigns (brand + digital + trade)
Ability to structure strategy and ensure continuous execution
