  • Administrative Assistant supporting HR operations and executive management at Emory University. Managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements while ensuring administrative efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for HR department, Director of Operations, and Executive Director.
  • Responds to incoming telephone calls.
  • Maintains calendars and prioritizes meeting requests for management.
  • Reviews incoming correspondence and identifies items of special interest to management.
  • Prepares charts and graphs for reports and presentations.
  • Schedules meetings and assists with logistics for meetings.
  • Plans and coordinates travel arrangements for Executive Director.
  • Maintains databases and spreadsheets; may also analyze data and design/generate associated reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalency of high school diploma.
  • Five years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (OneDrive, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
