About the role

- Processing and tracking customer- and stock-related orders with wholesalers and manufacturers
- Placing special orders in coordination with Strategic Purchasing

Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent background
- Several years of experience in operational purchasing / planning, ideally in the pharmaceutical, food or FMCG sectors
- Solution-oriented mindset, flexibility and a good sense of priorities
- Team player with clear, respectful communication
- Confident user of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
