About the role

  • Operational Buyer at DocMorris managing orders and supplier relations in online pharmacy. Ensuring reliable supply chains through effective communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and tracking customer- and stock-related orders with wholesalers and manufacturers
  • Placing special orders in coordination with Strategic Purchasing
  • Monitoring delivery deadlines and proactively addressing deviations
  • Communicating with suppliers to maintain long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Close collaboration with interfaces such as Accounting, Customer Service and Marketing

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent background
  • Several years of experience in operational purchasing / planning, ideally in the pharmaceutical, food or FMCG sectors
  • Solution-oriented mindset, flexibility and a good sense of priorities
  • Team player with clear, respectful communication
  • Confident user of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
