About the role
- Security Consultant creating cybersecurity policies and aligning them with risk mapping. Collaborating with teams to identify new risks and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create policies aligned with risk mapping;
- Communicate newly identified risks to the team and managers;
- Participate in and propose improvements for Project Planning and Service Transition activities;
- Perform technical evaluations of Information Security solutions;
- Prepare and present technical reports on the evaluation, execution, implementation, or activation of services and technologies;
- Engage with clients to address and discuss technical matters during project execution;
- Participate in training to enhance technical skills across different technologies, products, and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or information security;
- Advanced knowledge of Cyber Security;
- Basic knowledge of at least one security framework (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, CIS, OWASP);
- Ability to lead client meetings;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Willingness to travel for work when required.
- Experience as an information security consultant in a financial environment;
- Minimum English proficiency for reading and technical training;
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Analysis and/or Vulnerability Management;
- Hold one or more of the following certifications:
- EXIN ISFS - Information Security Foundation / ISO 27001,
- CompTIA Security+,
- EXIN Data Protection Officer.
