Responsibilities
Gathering requirements, scoping out technical integrations and presenting technical solutions to customers
Collaborating on sale proposals and the creation of statements of work
Addressing solution-based challenges which our customers may have in collaboration with their Customer Success Manager and Account Manager.
As a Solutions Architect, you will be a responsive and creative member of our cross-functional teams, including sales, professional services, product, and customer success.
Providing mentorship and support to your other colleagues
Requirements
Deep technical experience in similar roles (Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, Presales)
Previous experience working in a pre and post-sales role
Fluent English
Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to code in at least one object-oriented language (PHP, Python)
Strong knowledge of industry standards such as REST, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0
Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems such as LDAP, SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS
Ability to travel as needed
