About the role
- Seek a Jurist / Volljurist for Datenschutz and Compliance at DLG e.V. providing legal support and consultancy with a focus on data protection and corporate law.
Responsibilities
- Datenschutzrecht: Identifizierung, Bewertung und Bearbeitung datenschutzrechtlicher Fragestellungen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Messeorganisation, Vertrieb, Kundenmanagement und Marketingaktivitäten
- Analyse und rechtliche Bewertung von KI-Anwendungen im Hinblick auf Datenschutz und Compliance sowie Ableitung der sich daraus ergebenden Umsetzungsmaßnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Datenschutzbeauftragten der DLG-Gruppe und Koordination datenschutzrelevanter Themen mit der Geschäftsführung
- Allgemeine juristische Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei sämtlichen rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Gesellschaftsverbund der DLG
- Juristische Beratung der Fachbereiche, insbesondere im Arbeitsrecht sowie im allgemeinen Zivil- und Wirtschaftsrecht
- Gestaltung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit juristischem Schwerpunkt (z. B. 1. Staatsexamen Rechtswissenschaften, LL.B / LL.M. Wirtschaftsrecht, Recht und Management, Compliance oder vergleichbare Studiengänge)
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Datenschutz- und Arbeitsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Datenschutzprozessen sowie in der Entwicklung und Pflege eines Compliance-Managementsystems
- Grundkenntnisse oder Interesse an rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit KI und automatisierten Datenverarbeitungsprozessen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zivil- und Wirtschaftsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung und -verhandlung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
