Responsibilities
Support practice group and subgroup leaders in executing BD and marketing initiatives
Monitor market developments for go-to-market strategies and client outreach
Develop understanding of practice group strengths for client-facing materials
Coordinate with senior team members on practice-specific campaigns
Use business intelligence tools to support client targeting and lead tracking
Partner with marketing colleagues on go-to-market initiatives
Leverage CRM and other tools to manage business development pipelines
Collaborate across practice groups to support cross-practice marketing
Assist with pitch and proposal development, directories submissions, and content creation
Help plan and execute client-facing events
Support budget tracking and reporting
Contribute to department-wide initiatives including onboarding and experience management
Coordinate with recruiting teams to support BD onboarding of new hires.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
5 years’ sales/marketing experience in a professional services environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM platforms or marketing technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with litigation or disputes practices is strongly preferred.
