About the role

  • Regulatory Specialist for tissue donation and quality assurance at a non-profit pharmaceutical company. Developing partnerships and maintaining compliance while fostering healthcare solutions in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • You are the central contact person for our partner hospitals and support our Tissue Donation and Partnership Development department with dedication, expertise and a clear overview
  • You further develop existing cooperations, establish new partnerships and sustainably inspire hospitals and facilities to work with the DIZG
  • You independently plan and conduct internal and external audits and ensure that quality is not only maintained but actively practiced
  • You confidently and professionally accompany regulatory inspections and represent the DIZG in a competent and convincing manner
  • You design and deliver training for internal teams and external partners
  • You will be on the road: with approximately 30–50 travel days per year you visit our partners, hospitals and facilities — mainly in Germany, occasionally elsewhere in Europe
  • You create, revise and manage QA/QM documents
  • You are responsible for deviation reports, change control and CAPA processes from assessment through documentation to consistent follow-up of corrective actions.

Requirements

  • A university degree in a scientific, medical or pharmaceutical field — or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or tissue-related sector
  • Experience planning and conducting audits independently
  • Enjoyment of communication, presentations and building sustainable networks
  • A confident, persuasive manner and a genuine talent for engaging people in our mission
  • A structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • Willingness to travel is not a must but a definite plus that adds variety to your workday
  • Very good German and English language skills
