Responsibilities
Operationalize our Segmentation & CRM Strategy to unlock incremental transactions and deepen customer engagement.
Drive retention, referral, and lifetime value , converting new users into active customers and loyal advocates.
Lead continuous optimization , using A/B testing and performance tracking to elevate customer experience and maximize revenue contribution.
Deliver compelling, data-driven messaging across channels — ensuring the right communication reaches the right customer at the right time.
Execute and enhance lifecycle programs , including early engagement, loyalty, referral, and winback journeys.
Champion CRM governance and best practices , ensuring consistency, learning adoption, and operational excellence across all markets.
Requirements
3–5 years of CRM experience, with a strong command of CRM principles and lifecycle marketing.
Hands-on expertise with enterprise-level ESP/CRM platforms (Emarsys preferred) and marketing automation.
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into strategic actions.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Appsflyer.
Excellent communication skills, with the agility to perform in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
