About the role

  • Senior CRM Executive overseeing customer engagement and retention strategies for Ding's global consumer base, enhancing CRM communications across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize our Segmentation & CRM Strategy to unlock incremental transactions and deepen customer engagement.
  • Drive retention, referral, and lifetime value , converting new users into active customers and loyal advocates.
  • Lead continuous optimization , using A/B testing and performance tracking to elevate customer experience and maximize revenue contribution.
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven messaging across channels — ensuring the right communication reaches the right customer at the right time.
  • Execute and enhance lifecycle programs , including early engagement, loyalty, referral, and winback journeys.
  • Champion CRM governance and best practices , ensuring consistency, learning adoption, and operational excellence across all markets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of CRM experience, with a strong command of CRM principles and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with enterprise-level ESP/CRM platforms (Emarsys preferred) and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into strategic actions.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Appsflyer.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the agility to perform in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
