Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates for live casino dealers, and corporate roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements unique to the live casino environment.

Actively source candidates through professional networks, and industry-specific communities.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience that reflects the vibrant energy of the live casino industry.
Onboard new hires and guide them into their first weeks, ensuring they feel welcomed and ready to perform.
Promote the company as an employer of choice within the iGaming and entertainment industry.
Requirements
Graduate degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with previous exposure to the iGaming, live casino, or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of casting, audition is a plus.
Proven ability to source candidates through social media and direct search.
Excellent English and Spanish (oral & written).
Computer literacy (MS Office, HR databases, ATS).
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a high-volume hiring environment.
