- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements unique to the live casino environment.

- Actively source candidates through professional networks, and industry-specific communities.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience that reflects the vibrant energy of the live casino industry.
- Onboard new hires and guide them into their first weeks, ensuring they feel welcomed and ready to perform.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice within the iGaming and entertainment industry.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with previous exposure to the iGaming, live casino, or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of casting, audition is a plus.
- Proven ability to source candidates through social media and direct search.
- Excellent English and Spanish (oral & written).
- Computer literacy (MS Office, HR databases, ATS).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a high-volume hiring environment.
