Responsibilities
Phone outreach with drive: approx. 120 calls per day — your target is about 5 applications per day (average between 5–10 applications/day)
Build trust: turn skepticism into confidence — engage patients and their relatives with empathy and persuasion
Compassionate advising: provide telephone information about our unique care offering in assistive care products and home emergency alarm systems
Support existing customers: handle follow-up questions and organizational matters empathetically and with a solutions-oriented approach
Documentation & communication: work with our internal software tools (comprehensive training will be provided)
Requirements
Enjoy talking to people and the ability to convey calmness and reassurance even in difficult situations
Empathy, active listening, and solution-focused thinking
Ideally some experience in consulting, customer service, care, or healthcare
Excellent written and spoken German
Basic technical aptitude — comfortable using a laptop, headset, and software tools
