About the role

• Werkstudent in Projektmanagement/Claim Management, dokumentiert Offshore-Aktivitäten und erstellt Auswertungen. Unterstützt technische und kommerzielle Teams zur Prozessverbesserung.

Responsibilities

• You support Project Management / Claims Management in tracking and documenting offshore activities and incidents.
• You analyze deployment reports, logbook data and other operational project documentation, creating the basis for subsequent billing of services.
• You identify and analyze deviations (e.g., additional deployments, waiting times, access issues, technical malfunctions) and classify them into appropriate categories.
• You prepare structured summaries and analyses to determine which services are chargeable and which are covered under the contract.
• You maintain and further develop formats and templates for standardized capture and evaluation of claim-relevant data.
• You work closely with Project Management, Site Management, Technical Support and Commercial teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our claims management processes.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a degree program with a technical or business focus (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Wind Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or similar).
• You work in a structured, analytical and meticulous way and enjoy digging into data and information and preparing it in a clear, understandable format.
• You are a team player and communicate clearly and professionally.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills.
• A valid driver's license (car) is an advantage.
• You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
