About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the System Administration team (rotorsoft) at the Ostenfeld and Osnabrück locations
  • Technical leadership, organization, coordination, motivation and development of the team
  • Documentation and optimization of workflows and processes
  • Close cooperation with the department head and other technical departments
  • Active participation in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (commercial or technical) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Initial leadership experience or professional experience in the wind industry
  • Strong technical and business acumen
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a structured approach
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
