Responsibilities
- Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des Warenwirtschaftsmoduls in proALPHA
- Analyse und Abbildung von Prozessen in Einkauf, Lager, Disposition und Materialwirtschaft
- Unterstützung der Anwender:innen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Schulung und Unterstützung der Key-User in den Fachabteilungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Technik und Projektmanagement zur Sicherstellung effizienter Materialflüsse
- Mitwirkung bei internationalen ERP-Rollouts und Integration neuer Standorte
- Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen und Prozesshandbüchern
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit proALPHA im Bereich Warenwirtschaft / Materialwirtschaft
- Gute Kenntnisse in Supply-Chain- und Logistikprozessen
- Idealweise Kenntnisse im Proalpha Service Modul
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
