  • Business Consultant analyzing and optimizing business processes for banking and insurance clients. Collaborating between departments and IT to implement regulatory requirements efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Independent consulting, leadership and execution of complex projects in the banking and insurance sectors
  • Responsible elicitation, analysis and design of requirements
  • Implementation of legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance within projects
  • Establishment and maintenance of collaborative partnerships and open communication

Requirements

  • Experience in the banking or insurance industry
  • Experience in traditional and agile IT projects
  • Solid methodological and conceptual knowledge and experience in project management and business analysis
  • Independent and communicative working style
  • Fluent German (at least C1)
