Consultant managing Microsoft Teams solutions and client communications. Working with multi-disciplinary teams on digital transformation projects across various sectors.
Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Teams solutions with a focus on Teams Phone and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
Deploy and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms, ensuring performance, stability, and a positive user experience across different environments
Implement and support telephony solutions in Teams, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, and PSTN integrations
Conduct network readiness assessments and troubleshoot call quality issues using dashboards and telemetry tools
Support customers in adopting core Microsoft Teams features such as chat, channels, meetings, file sharing, and collaboration workflows
Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions based on Microsoft Teams
Deliver technical workshops and training on Teams Phone, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and platform best practices
Assist with licensing strategy, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Teams and related Microsoft 365 services
Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, best practices, and reusable templates for internal use and for clients
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of technical experience working with customers in roles such as Unified Communications, IT consulting, or systems architecture
Proven experience with Microsoft Teams Phone, including Direct Routing, SBCs (Session Border Controllers), and telephony infrastructure
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) on both Windows-based and Android-based platforms
Strong understanding of network dependencies for media in Microsoft Teams, including firewalls, IP routing, and Quality of Service (QoS)
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams as a collaboration platform (chat, channels, meetings, collaborative tools, and administrative controls)
Experience with Microsoft 365 services
Experience with troubleshooting tools and processes for Teams devices and call quality issues
Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving capability
Excellent communication skills for consulting and client-facing environments
Advanced or fluent English (required)
