About the role
- Microsoft Intune Consultant managing corporate devices and applications for hybrid cloud environments. Driving security and compliance for client environments with impactful digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure corporate devices using Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, endpoint protection, applications, and updates
- Administer corporate and personal device enrollment scenarios (BYOD) on Windows, iOS and Android, including zero-touch enrollment
- Create and manage device configuration profiles, including custom profiles via Windows Configuration Service Providers (CSPs)
- Implement and manage shared device and kiosk scenarios
- Manage certificates (PKCS and SCEP), as well as VPN, email, and Wi‑Fi profiles
- Configure compliance policies integrated with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr), and Conditional Access
- Manage the lifecycle of corporate applications (Microsoft 365, Edge, Win32, LoB, Store apps)
- Integrate and manage Apple Business Manager and Managed Google Play
- Perform advanced diagnostics in Intune using Log Analytics and KQL to build custom reports
- Configure and maintain connectors and integrations (ConfigMgr, VPP, Google Play, Active Directory, certificates, MDT, among others)
- Implement and manage all Windows Autopilot scenarios, including troubleshooting and Enrollment Status Page (ESP)
- Administer MDM and MAM policies, App Protection, and App Configuration Profiles
- Manage Windows updates (Update Rings, Feature, Quality, and Drivers)
- Configure and monitor Autopatch and Windows Update for Business reports
- Develop scripts, automations, and remediation tasks
- Implement endpoint security policies (BitLocker, Firewall, Antivirus, LAPS, Credential Guard)
- Manage Windows Hello for Business and local administrator groups
- Onboard and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and EDR
- Work in hybrid environments (Intune + ConfigMgr), including Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) and transition to cloud-only
- Manage identity dependencies via Entra ID, dynamic groups, and extension attributes
- Create and manage Conditional Access policies
- Use Microsoft Graph API, Graph Explorer, and PowerShell for automations and reporting
- Implement and manage RBAC, including custom roles, scope tags, and use of Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Produce technical documentation, deliver trainings and technical presentations
Requirements
- Advanced English for written and verbal communication
- Hands-on advanced experience with Microsoft Intune (devices, applications, security, and compliance)
- Experience managing Windows, iOS, and Android devices in corporate and BYOD scenarios
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and automated provisioning
- Experience with MDM, MAM, security, and compliance policies
- Management of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments via Intune
- Solid knowledge of endpoint security (BitLocker, Defender, Firewall, Application Control)
- Experience with automation, scripting, and remediation
- Use of Log Analytics, KQL, and diagnostic tools
- Experience in hybrid environments (Intune and Configuration Manager)
- Knowledge of Entra ID, authentication, and identity dependencies
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Graph Explorer, and PowerShell
- Implementation and management of RBAC
- Strong technical documentation, presentation, and training skills
