- Establishment of the Major Component Replacement (MCR) division, including Marine Operations, Engineering/Tool Development, Logistics and Vessel Management
- Strategic expansion of the MCR Offshore service portfolio
- Technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
- Development of a sales strategy in cooperation with the Sales department
- Monitoring and control of projects
- Risk management
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a comparable discipline
- Extensive experience in the installation of offshore wind projects
- In-depth technical knowledge of all major components of an offshore wind turbine
- Several years of leadership experience managing project teams
- Excellent written and verbal German and English skills
- Strong communication skills and a structured, organized way of working
- Willingness to travel (nationally and internationally)
