Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer data in our CRM system (SAP Sales and Marketing Cloud)
Develop compelling dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Apply marketing analytics techniques to gather insights from digital campaigns
Set up, manage, and analyze email marketing campaigns using SAP Marketing Cloud
Develop and implement targeted SEO strategies for website optimization
Assist with website management and provide editorial support for Eurex websites
Create reports and marketing analyses to measure success
Participate in various projects and carry out independent research tasks
Requirements
Enrolled as a full-time student at a state-recognized university
Completed at least 3 semesters
Field of study in business informatics, economics, business administration, mathematics, or a related discipline
Some practical experience through internships in marketing
Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns
Familiarity with website and digital advertising performance metrics
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
Initial experience with SEO, analytics reporting, and CRM systems (knowledge of SAP Sales/Marketing Cloud is a strong advantage)
Basic knowledge of content management systems is a plus
Strong interest in capital markets, ideally including derivatives markets
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
