About the role

  • Intern supporting Employer Branding and University Marketing at Deutsche Börse Group. Engaging in recruitment events and assisting the marketing and HR teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the organization and execution of recruiting events and career fairs
  • Planning and coordinating the monthly internal onboarding day for new joiners
  • Conducting research on employer branding trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with the marketing and HR teams on various projects
  • Helping to analyze the performance of our employer branding campaigns
  • Assisting in the creation of engaging content for our career site and social media channels

Requirements

  • Currently in your gap year or enrolled in a Bachelor's (from 4th semester onwards) or Master's degree program in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • First practical experience in marketing, HR, or a related area is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and proactively drive topics forward
  • Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform decisions
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms
  • Fluent in German and confident in English.
