Responsibilities
As Managing Consultant Marketing Transformation (m/f/d), you will play a central role in shaping this new phase and positioning Next Digital Group as a leading partner for marketing and sales architecture in the age of artificial intelligence.
Your responsibilities include solving complex strategic challenges for corporations, mid-sized companies and public-sector institutions.
The goal is to develop (transformation) strategies as well as to manage and drive concrete implementation.
You will be part of a genuine team where cohesion, camaraderie and fun are highly valued.
You keep an eye on current trends and new opportunities to think innovatively about the future and to act as a sparring partner and idea generator both internally and externally.
You will take responsibility for the strategic development and management of high-profile accounts as well as for (sub)projects and marketing interns.
Requirements
You are enthusiastic about the unique combination of strategic and technical challenges, creative work and measurable success in digital marketing and have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in this field.
You already have solid knowledge of and experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager).
Strong academic qualifications.
You are characterized by a strong drive and ambition, a desire to shape things, and alignment with our business model and goals.
You have completed your studies in Economics, Business Informatics, E‑Commerce / Digital Marketing or a comparable field with very good results.
You have a high willingness to learn and perform, work independently and possess good analytical skills to solve complex challenges.
