Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strategic profile with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional settings and able to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in strategy consulting or corporate planning;
- Familiarity with the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors;
- Knowledge of performance indicator management and revenue management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Strategy, or Business is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English. Spanish is a plus.
