Responsibilities

  • Help update the organization’s products and services to meet member/client needs and support business development.
  • Analyze market needs in connection with product and service marketing.
  • Serve as technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for your unit’s activities, initiatives and processes.
  • Research and analyze processes, information management and data processing.
  • Provide technical support for projects, complex operational issues, event logistics, and the production of advertising and promotional materials and technical estimates.
  • Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis.
  • Prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams.
  • Help practitioners follow your unit’s standards and processes and use its business solutions, tools and systems.

Requirements

  • General college diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
  • Decision quality
  • Plans and aligns
