About the role

  • Human Resources Advisor supporting managers and clients in HR strategies and organizational development. Employing analytical skills to solve complex problems with an emphasis on interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers and management committees to help them implement HR management strategies
  • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
  • Develop and help implement objectives, solutions and action plans.
  • Identify and anticipate opportunities and recommend the best course of action
  • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
