Responsible for the high-level strategic and operational management of the caisse

Manage employees and oversee their skills development
Ensure service quality and member/client satisfaction
Serve as contact person for your teams and provide advisory services and specific recommendations
Maximize the caisse's growth and performance and ensure optimal productivity
Be accountable for risk management and compliance activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
