Responsibilities
Coach claims advisors on the application of various insurance contracts
Ensure adherence to the company's policies, procedures, and best practices
Help claims advisors develop their technical skills
Analyze and approve claims settlements
Conduct research and propose solutions to conflicts
Foster working partnerships with CRC Section Managers
Engage with stakeholders throughout operations
Handle a limited inventory of own files to assist operations
Participate in compliance activities such as call monitoring and claim audits
Requirements
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
