About the role

  • Entry Level Claims Adjuster assessing travel-related claims for Travel Guard, providing customer support throughout the claims process with policy guideline application.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and investigate travel-related claims, applying policy guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to claimants throughout the claims process.
  • Spend 50-75% of your time conversing with stakeholders for timely claim resolutions.
  • Communicate with claimants using empathy to gather necessary documentation.
  • Maintain detailed claim records and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Eager to learn new skills within the claims and insurance industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for details, supporting thorough investigations and precise documentation.
  • Willingness to obtain State Specific Adjuster Licensing within 6 months of employment.
