About the role

  • Report to the Director, Social Marketing & Strategy and will push social creative strategy for our high-profile tech-focused client.
  • Manage other team members and lead internal and client meetings.
  • Deliver ongoing thought leadership to teams and clients by identifying problems and finding solutions.
  • Deliver briefs full of insights, inspiration and updates based on creative feedback and help translate that work into social creative.
  • Partner with the creative team to push creativity and make sure it aligns with the strategy.
  • Build knowledge on the macro/micro forces that influence our client's business.

Requirements

  • 4+ years minimum experience with organic and paid social, some of that at an advertising agency.
  • Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
  • Deep, firsthand knowledge and a genuine passion for health, fitness, nutrition, and bodybuilding, along with fluency in the terminology and culture of these disciplines.
  • Tech, microprocessors, and AI experience is required.
  • Expertise in and love for the social space.
  • Excited by the internet, love that it's ever-changing, and understand how to apply this to clients.
  • Experience as the daily lead on client businesses and developing client relationships.
  • Experience managing and mentoring younger talent.
