About the role
- Team Lead Operations responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in dental claims at dentolo. Leading a growing team in a hybrid work environment in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- You lead and manage a rapidly growing team within our Operations department with the goal of delivering a unique experience to our customers that exceeds their expectations at every touchpoint.
- You ensure the smooth running of all day-to-day processes and optimize them to achieve our company goals.
- You lead and develop your team through ongoing conversations, training and performance evaluations.
- In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you remain close to daily operations and act as the team's point of contact for complex or difficult cases.
- You analyze statistics and reports and derive necessary measures from them.
Requirements
- You have already gained initial experience in claims or benefits case processing or in billing.
- Training in the dental field or experience in the insurance sector is a plus but not required.
- Ideally you have some initial leadership experience.
- You present yourself with confidence and communicate in a friendly and open manner.
- You are highly organized with good time management and demonstrate an independent and structured way of working.
- Ideally you have experience with common MS Office applications.
- You know how to motivate your colleagues for new tasks and drive topics forward.
- You can think beyond the immediate scope and act in a solution-oriented way.
- You are an excellent communicator and can confidently communicate in German (min. C1 level) and English.
