About the role

  • Account Manager at Delta Electronics focusing on client relationships in the industrial power segment. Responsible for growth and new business development in the electric sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the current client portfolio, ensuring excellence in relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive brand growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing new clients and markets.
  • Act strategically to strengthen Delta's presence in the industrial segment.
  • Monitor public and private tender opportunities (bids) within your area of responsibility.
  • Manage, plan, and conduct technical-commercial visits to support active clients and to prospect and develop new business with potential clients.
  • Track, influence, negotiate, and secure orders related to the main proposals issued within your area of responsibility.
  • Maintain frequent personal contact with key clients in your area of responsibility to develop and sustain relationships.
  • Maintain market data and insights to inform the preparation of proposals for your area of responsibility.
  • Keep the Commercial Director regularly informed about business progress and forecasts of upcoming business in your area of responsibility.
  • Strive to achieve the department's pre-established targets.
  • Perform critical analysis of customer orders related to the commercial area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
  • Intermediate English preferred
  • Knowledge of sales techniques preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Preferable experience serving corporate clients in the following products/market segments: rectifier and battery systems for the electric, telecom, or industrial sectors; energy storage systems; photovoltaic (solar) systems.
