About the role
- Senior Analyst handling end-to-end invoice processing for Deloitte. Collaborating with stakeholders and providing expert support in the PTP team for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end invoice processing in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex invoice issues
- Provide SME-level support for PTP inquiries
- Facilitate and oversee invoice payment processing
- Perform quality reviews on processed invoices
- Prepare and analyze PTP reports
- Support month-end close activities
- Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 4–6 years of relevant Procure-to-Pay / Accounts Payable experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP and invoice workflow tools (e.g., VIM)
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
