About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor the treatment of patients enrolled in the program;
- Provide guidance on the condition, medications, signs and symptoms, and quality of life;
- Support patients and family members with treatment adherence and answer questions;
- Provide information on access to treatment and available services;
- Work in partnership with physicians to provide updates on the program and on patients;
- Identify and report pharmacovigilance events and technical complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently in the final year of nursing studies;
- Experience following up with patients with rare or chronic diseases is a plus;
- Experience in patient support programs is a plus.
