About the role
- Analista de BI Sênior transforming data into actionable insights for Livelo's strategies. Collaborating with various teams to enhance data-driven culture and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical reference for BI and Analytics, supporting the Tech Lead, analysts, and product owners (POs);
- Translate business needs into analytical models, metrics, and dashboards;
- Develop and maintain analytical pipelines in BigQuery with a focus on performance, scalability, and cost;
- Design and maintain semantic models and executive and operational dashboards in Looker;
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of data used in analyses;
- Perform exploratory and diagnostic analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and business levers;
- Work closely with business areas (Product, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Operations) as a strategic partner;
- Contribute to defining and disseminating BI best practices, metrics, and data governance;
- Support architectural decisions in collaboration with Data Engineering;
- Actively participate in agile rituals, planning, and prioritization of analytical work.
Requirements
- Hard skills (established):
- Advanced SQL applied to large volumes of data;
- Proficiency in Google BigQuery;
- Analytical modeling (star schema, wide tables, incremental loads);
- Query optimization and cost control;
- Partitioning, clustering, and best practices;
- Strong experience with Looker;
- Business-oriented semantic modeling;
- Building executive and operational dashboards;
- Knowledge of the GCP ecosystem;
- Integration with ingestion and transformation tools;
- Solid fundamentals in Metrics and KPIs, descriptive and diagnostic analyses, Data Quality and validations, and code versioning (Git) applied to data projects;
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban);
- Clear and structured communication, adapting narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
