About the role
- Senior Analyst leveraging SQL expertise for data analysis and insights at PCS Retirement, a leading retirement solution provider.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation for SQL processes and data models.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and provide timely, accurate analysis to internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SQL-related issues, including performance tuning.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in SQL required
- Demonstrated strong PC skills including Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Teams
- Retirement plan experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, takes initiative and ownership, and develops meaningful and effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and build relationships across the organization
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to comprehend technical systems and processes
- Salesforce experience highly recommended
- Knowledge and experience with data retrieval and manipulation with SQL queries
