Responsibilities
- Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed;
- Participate in meetings to interview and gather requirements with clients;
- Analyze and specify requirements for vendor contracting;
- Map and design business processes;
- Validate, verify, and test deliverables;
- Track corrective issues during the warranty period;
- Create documentation and perform knowledge transfer to the support team in post-production, using methodologies based on market best practices;
- Specify screen prototypes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or Information Systems;
- Experience with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies;
- Previous experience as a Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst on web projects;
- Knowledge of BPM and BPMN;
- Basic knowledge of SQL (ANSI standard);
- Intermediate technical English;
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, adaptability, and experience in multidisciplinary and cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of CMMI-DEV or MPS.BR.
