About the role

  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives for Deloitte, aligning with business strategies. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop impactful marketing plans.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a Marketing plan that aligns with business strategy and financial objectives
  • Design the brief, develop project plans and work with the broader team (events, design, digital and PR) to execute end-to-end campaigns
  • Develop targeted communication plans along with development of relevant assets to support promotional activities
  • Manage and review progress; ensuring campaign impact is tracked to inform future strategy & drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and manage to deliver the plan

Requirements

  • A strategic marketer with a commercial focus
  • Manage multiple activities and deliver in a matrix environment to meet tight deadlines
  • Communicate ideas clearly and give input to senior stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively to reach innovative solutions
  • Deal with a degree of ambiguity and use own initiative
