About the role

  • Sales Lead necessary for managing relationships with premium restaurants in North East Italy. Focused on developing new business opportunities and leading a team of Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate and mentor a team of Business Development Managers
  • Work directly with the Regional Manager to facilitate business meetings with groups of restaurants considered high profile
  • Generate new business opportunities through meetings with restaurant groups
  • Conduct business negotiations for the acquisition of new customers

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Comfortable with targeting new business and have sales experience
  • Experience speaking with partners, whether face-to-face, through phone or email
  • Demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients
  • Comfortable with negotiations
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus
  • Tenacious
