Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, or related field.
Intermediate to advanced English level (B2+ or higher).
Interest in learning about Organizational Development and Employee Experience.
Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills.
Proactivity and willingness to contribute with fresh ideas.
