Responsibilities
- Support in the planning and coordination of internal events (celebrations, activities, workshops, social gatherings, etc.)
- Research and propose organic activities that strengthen teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
- Identify and coordinate in-person experiences in Monterrey, such as local venues, cultural spaces, or volunteering opportunities.
- Assist in communication campaigns related to culture, engagement, and internal branding.
- Help track participation metrics and gather feedback to improve future initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Human Capital team in projects related to Organizational Development, employee well-being, and recognition programs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, or related field.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (B2+ or higher).
- Interest in learning about Organizational Development and Employee Experience.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills.
- Proactivity and willingness to contribute with fresh ideas.
