Responsibilities
Lead product launches with full go to market plans, including positioning, messaging, channel strategy, sales enablement, and measurement
Build and own Definely’s messaging and positioning framework as we evolve from a law firm focused product to one serving both law firms and corporate legal teams
Develop differentiated positioning for the US market while supporting international growth
Partner closely with Product to identify what truly differentiates Definely and influence roadmap priorities through market and customer insight
Run customer research, win and loss analysis, and market studies to continuously sharpen our understanding of users and buyers
Create sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and battle cards that support complex enterprise sales cycles
Build campaigns in collaboration with our brand, growth, and creative teams that bring product value clearly to life
Own product marketing metrics, including launch impact, message effectiveness, and sales adoption
Requirements
Strong experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally working with complex, technical, or enterprise products
Deep curiosity about users and a genuine interest in understanding how professionals work, what slows them down, and what real value looks like in practice
A strong point of view on positioning, with the ability to find the truth in a product and articulate it clearly and persuasively
Experience supporting B2B or professional buyers and navigating longer, more complex sales cycles
A structured, systematic approach, bringing clarity and frameworks to ambiguous problems
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
Familiarity with the US market, either through direct experience or a strong understanding of US buyers and go to market dynamics
