Responsibilities
Strategic management of your sales territory, including forecasting and reporting
Commercial support and expansion of existing customer relationships
Customer-focused sales of our products and solutions in laboratory management
Independent acquisition of new customers in your sales territory
Support and advise prospects from first contact through to successful contract closing
Achievement of sales and revenue targets in your region
Conduct contract negotiations and participate in contract drafting
Preparation, presentation and follow-up of proposals
Participation in trade fairs, conferences and customer events
Requirements
Completed medical-technical laboratory training (e.g., MTA, MTLA) or an equivalent qualification
Alternatively: relevant industry experience in the laboratory or healthcare environment
Technical understanding and enthusiasm for IT solutions
Experience in sales, ideally in field sales
Strong communication skills, initiative and organizational talent
Enjoyment of customer contact, strategic thinking and teamwork
A high degree of independence, personal responsibility and reliability
Excellent relationship management and strong presentation skills
High willingness to travel within the region and a valid Class B driving license (car)
