About the role

  • Sales representative managing client relationships within healthcare IT in Germany. Responsible for strategic area management and customer acquisition in North Rhine-Westphalia and northern Rhineland-Palatinate.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic management of your sales territory, including forecasting and reporting
  • Commercial support and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Customer-focused sales of our products and solutions in laboratory management
  • Independent acquisition of new customers in your sales territory
  • Support and advise prospects from first contact through to successful contract closing
  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets in your region
  • Conduct contract negotiations and participate in contract drafting
  • Preparation, presentation and follow-up of proposals
  • Participation in trade fairs, conferences and customer events

Requirements

  • Completed medical-technical laboratory training (e.g., MTA, MTLA) or an equivalent qualification
  • Alternatively: relevant industry experience in the laboratory or healthcare environment
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for IT solutions
  • Experience in sales, ideally in field sales
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and organizational talent
  • Enjoyment of customer contact, strategic thinking and teamwork
  • A high degree of independence, personal responsibility and reliability
  • Excellent relationship management and strong presentation skills
  • High willingness to travel within the region and a valid Class B driving license (car)
