About the role

  • Program Manager overseeing daily operations for Federal projects at DecisionPoint. Managing teams, ensuring compliance, driving growth, and client satisfaction in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate several concurrent Federal programs, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements, performance objectives, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients (Prime and Sub), fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead independent project teams, set clear performance expectations, and maintain high morale.
  • Monitor program financials, including budgets, forecasts, and burn rates, aligning with corporate goals.
  • Support corporate growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and participating in proposal development.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance preferred; ability to obtain and maintain clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of project/program management experience on Federal or DoD contracts.
  • Certifications: PMP certification preferred. ITIL or other relevant certifications a plus.
