About the role

  • Salesforce Architect leading the technical design of integration platform for Cell Therapies. Ensuring regulatory compliance and integration between clinical sites, manufacturing facilities, and logistics providers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and orchestration of the digital platform supporting complex workflows and Integrations.
  • Responsible for architecting solutions that manage the end-to-end journey of Cell Therapies (CT).
  • Ensure seamless integration between clinical sites, manufacturing facilities, and logistics providers while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Architect real-time integrations between Salesforce, Manufacturing System), SAP and specialized logistics providers.
  • Good expertise in Lifescience domain (Preferred Cell Therapy experience).
  • Experience with Apex-led API integrations for high-stakes, real-time data exchange.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Shield.
  • Experience in Community Cloud.
  • Primary Skills: Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Apex based API integration, Domain - Lifescience
