- Senior Salesforce Architect leading design and governance of revenue operations ecosystem. Collaborating globally with Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams at Nitro.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, strategy, and governance of the quote-to-cash and revenue operations ecosystem
- Define and document the end-to-end architecture spanning Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Chargebee, and NetSuite
- Lead solution design for Salesforce CPQ — including product catalogue, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and contract lifecycle
- Architect and oversee the bi-directional integration between Salesforce/Chargebee and NetSuite
- Own API strategy and middleware architecture connecting Salesforce, Chargebee, and NetSuite
- Define and enforce development standards, code review practices, and release management across all Salesforce workstreams
- Serve as the senior-most Salesforce authority in the organisation
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and commercial leadership to align the platform roadmap with business priorities
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive Salesforce experience spanning development, administration, and architecture
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ — product rules, pricing logic, quote-to-order, contract management, and amendments
- Experience designing and integrating with various systems including: Chargebee and Netsuite
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CPQ Specialist certification — or actively working toward CTA
- Demonstrated track record delivering large-scale, multi-system revenue platform programmes in enterprise environments
