Responsibilities

- Accounts payable and receivable, daily cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
- Issuing invoices, reviewing payment slips (boletos), and contract management.
- Reviewing and recording payments, and validating internal policies for purchases and reimbursements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
- Systems: Experience with Sênior ERP systems.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of fiscal/tax legislation and tax withholding, and familiarity with the 'Lucro Real' tax regime.
