About the role

  • Administrative Analyst supporting financial processes in a tech segment team. Assisting with accounts payable, cash flow, and invoice management.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for someone to join the team to help with administrative and financial processes and internal initiatives.

  • Accounts payable and receivable, daily cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
  • Issuing invoices, reviewing payment slips (boletos), and contract management.
  • Reviewing and recording payments, and validating internal policies for purchases and reimbursements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Systems: Experience with Sênior ERP systems.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of fiscal/tax legislation and tax withholding, and familiarity with the 'Lucro Real' tax regime.
