Responsibilities
- Support and execute the annual budgeting process and its forecast revisions;
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models and scenario analyses for Fleet and Maintenance;
- Perform financial performance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast), identifying variances and explaining deviations;
- Support medium- and long-term financial planning by providing financial analyses and simulations;
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support decision-making;
- Support project, investment, and asset analyses, assessing financial and operational impacts;
- Monitor financial risks and support the monitoring of action plans;
- Work closely with operational, finance, and corporate teams to ensure alignment and data quality;
- Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, controls, and financial analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (diploma or proof of graduation);
- Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking);
- Advanced Excel;
- Experience with Power BI for data analysis and visualization;
- Experience in FP&A, Finance, or related areas;
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance indicators (KPIs);
- Analytical skills, organization, autonomy, and strong communication;
- Proven experience performing the activities described.
