About the role

  • Account Manager at Slick supporting salons with technology and training while building long-term customer relationships. Focused on education, sales, and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with salon owners and customers
  • Support customers as they become active users of Slick
  • Conduct excellent onboarding and training for new accounts
  • Educate customers on existing and new features
  • Upsell POS payments to existing customers
  • Minimize churn through relationships and training
  • Represent the customer in product discussions

Requirements

  • Prior consultative sales experience
  • Experience managing customers either in-person or over the phone
  • Experience in delivering training sessions
  • Passion about the hair and beauty industry / consumer trends
  • Must get to know our product and be confident in selling its benefits.
  • Ability to analyze opportunities and risks
