About the role

  • Tech Admin Specialist supporting efficient processing of incoming faxes and maintaining user accounts in DaVita Guest Services. Critical interaction with care coordination tools for patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Support both the Admissions and Patient Concierge teams
  • Ensure the efficient processing and routing of incoming faxes
  • Maintain user accounts and manage facility data across various systems
  • Interact with multiple care coordination tools (CCTs) and DaVita systems
  • Take ownership of incoming faxes by evaluating and validating route paths
  • Manage user accounts for various CCT systems
  • Provide email and phone support for the DaVita Physician Portal (DPP)
  • Assist with new account creation, password resets, and administrative account approvals

Requirements

  • DaVita Guest Services (DGS) experience strongly preferred
  • Strong documentation skills and a commitment to adhering to compliance protocols
  • Effective planning and time management abilities
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
