Responsibilities
Support both the Admissions and Patient Concierge teams
Ensure the efficient processing and routing of incoming faxes
Maintain user accounts and manage facility data across various systems
Interact with multiple care coordination tools (CCTs) and DaVita systems
Take ownership of incoming faxes by evaluating and validating route paths
Manage user accounts for various CCT systems
Provide email and phone support for the DaVita Physician Portal (DPP)
Assist with new account creation, password resets, and administrative account approvals
Strong documentation skills and a commitment to adhering to compliance protocols
Effective planning and time management abilities
The ability to multitask and manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
