About the role

  • Junior Operations Consultant supporting benefits administration at Evertec, a financial technology company in Brazil. Responsible for administrative tasks related to retirement and BPO regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of the benefits payroll, including retirements, pensions and other benefits provided for in the plan regulations;
  • Support the operationalization of procedures and entitlements (withdrawal, portability, Deferred Proportional Benefit – BPD, self-sponsorship), in accordance with contractual rules and applicable legislation;
  • Assist with document analysis and the recording of options exercised by participants;
  • Perform registration maintenance for participants, beneficiaries and dependents (personal data, bank details, eligibility, affiliations);
  • Ensure the updating and integrity of registration databases, following internal procedures and quality controls;
  • Support the verification of databases sent by clients and partner entities;
  • Support the control of collections for regular contributions, extraordinary contributions and one-off/top-up contributions;
  • Support reconciliation between amounts collected, system records and client information;
  • Support the calculation and monitoring of participants’ individual reserves, according to the plan’s methodology and rules;
  • Assist in checking calculations of reserves, balances and pension statements;
  • Support identification of inconsistencies related to balances, reserves or transactions;
  • Support interface with internal teams, BPO clients and vendors (entities, insurers, banks);
  • Pursue continuous learning about pension legislation, regulations and BPO processes;
  • Contribute to operational improvements, suggesting adjustments that increase efficiency and reduce risk;
  • Work collaboratively with attention to deadlines, quality and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Experience with operational and/or administrative routines;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate level or higher;
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed;
  • Knowledge of pension fund administration.
