About the role

  • HR Intern at DataProphet supporting recruitment and onboarding for a small, ambitious team. Engaging in full employee lifecycle activities with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection activities
  • Screen CVs and respond to applicants within 1–3 working days
  • Distribute technical and skills assessments and upload results to the HR system
  • Liaise with hiring managers to obtain interview feedback within agreed timelines
  • Support the recruitment of junior and intern-level roles
  • Upload contracts and documentation onto the HR system by start date
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding communication and documentation with new hires
  • Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
  • Ensure accurate filing, documentation and data integrity across systems

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology (or similar)
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite and HRIS or ATS (Ideally BambooHR) would be an advantage
  • Excellent coordination skills and personal drive
  • Organised and a keen eye for detail
  • Passion for people and what motivates them
  • To be self-motivated, and take responsibility for your own development
  • To be a team player
  • A strong ability to learn
