Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection activities
Screen CVs and respond to applicants within 1–3 working days
Distribute technical and skills assessments and upload results to the HR system
Liaise with hiring managers to obtain interview feedback within agreed timelines
Support the recruitment of junior and intern-level roles
Upload contracts and documentation onto the HR system by start date
Coordinate pre-onboarding communication and documentation with new hires
Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
Ensure accurate filing, documentation and data integrity across systems
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology (or similar)
Good knowledge of Google Suite and HRIS or ATS (Ideally BambooHR) would be an advantage
Excellent coordination skills and personal drive
Organised and a keen eye for detail
