About the role

  • Service Manager responsible for client relations and performance across DATAGROUP service areas. Engaging in continuous optimization of delivery processes and ensuring client satisfaction through effective management.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact and advisor for all matters concerning selected customers
  • You assume overall responsibility for these customer situations as well as for the delivery of services across all DATAGROUP departments
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs is also part of your responsibilities
  • You are also responsible for customer-side billing of contractual services and cost controlling
  • Your passion is the continuous optimization of delivery processes
  • As a sales-oriented personality, you further develop customer relationships and drive strategic expansion
  • Additionally, you support team leadership and account management on special topics
  • In summary: You ensure that your customers are satisfied with DATAGROUP's service

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical or business degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Technical Business Administration, Economics) or an equivalent qualification, with good knowledge of IT
  • A good sense for trends and innovations in the IT environment
  • Several years of professional experience managing customers and teams from service delivery units
  • Good knowledge of IT Service Management according to ITIL
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence at IT decision-maker level
  • Ability to take responsibility and to assert yourself at the client's management level
  • Customer-oriented and service-minded work style
  • High social competence as well as teamwork and assertiveness
  • Reliable, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
